Thomas Weithman is the Chief Investment Officer and Vice President of the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation (VIPC), where he leads Virginia Venture Partners, the state's seed and early-stage investment arm. Under his leadership, VIPC has invested in over 240 companies, mobilizing more than $1.1 billion in private capital to support innovation and entrepreneurship throughout Virginia.
