Sebastián Baquero is CEO and co-founder of RueData, an AI platform that helps commercial trucking fleets cut tire costs, prevent on-road failures, and run safer. RueData supports more than 50,000 vehicles for fleets including Cemex and PepsiCo and Coca-Cola bottlers. Customers report roughly 30% lower tire-related costs and up to 79% fewer on-road flats and blowouts.

Sebastián started his career in tire importation and sales. Years working directly with fleet operators showed him how preventable tire failures compound into financial and safety risk, which led him to build software that predicts and prevents problems instead of replacing failed parts. Tires are fleets' second-largest operating expense after fuel. RueData operates across the U.S. and Latin America. Valor Ventures led its first round in 2025.
