Elizabeth Halkos

Elizabeth Halkos is a Venture Partner at Valor, bringing more than two decades of operating experience as a C-level executive across fintech, healthcare, retail, and e-commerce. She has helped scale early- and mid-stage companies from inception through growth, contributing to over $1B in combined enterprise value and multiple successful exits.

Elizabeth specializes in go-to-market strategy, commercial execution, and operational excellence, with deep experience scaling teams, managing P&L, and aligning cross-functional leadership to drive durable growth. She has held senior leadership roles including CEO, COO, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer, giving her a rare end-to-end view of how companies scale in complex, regulated markets. Elizabeth is passionate about partnering with founders to navigate growth inflection points, professionalize operations, and build category-defining businesses.

She is currently CEO of MyPhysician360, where she is leading the company’s evolution into a pharmacy-centric telehealth network focused on expanding access to care in underserved communities.

Elizabeth holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She recently completed 2.5 years of service as president of the board of directors at Emory. She earned a BA from the University of Virginia.
